No. The online result is a reference estimate based on standard rate rules. The final quotation is confirmed by our team after reviewing cargo details, and it is provided before any booking commitment.

One all-in price covers freight, export clearance in China, import clearance at destination, all duties and taxes, and last-mile delivery to the consignee's door. There are no hidden fees at delivery.

No. For DDP shipments, import formalities are handled under Shiya's fiscal arrangements, so private individuals and businesses without an EORI number can receive cargo normally.

No. Under DDP, Shiya handles the import entry and duties in the US and Canada. Sellers do not need their own bond, broker or importer setup for these shipments.

Under DDP lines, clearance is our responsibility. If additional inspection or documentation is required, our operations team coordinates and keeps you informed of the status and expected timeline.

Selected channels accept built-in and companion battery products with proper documentation. Liquids, powders, branded replicas and legally restricted items cannot be shipped. Declare your product when requesting a quote.
