FAQ
For air freight, chargeable weight is the greater of actual weight and volumetric weight (1 CBM ≈ 167 KG). For sea and rail, chargeable volume is the greater of actual CBM and weight-based conversion (1 CBM ≈ 500 KG). The calculator shows the rule applied to your quote.
DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) means Shiya handles export clearance in China, import clearance at destination, all duties and taxes, and last-mile delivery to the consignee's door. You pay one all-in price.
Selected channels accept built-in and companion battery products with proper documentation. Liquids, powders and legally restricted items need case-by-case confirmation. Declare your product when requesting a quote.
Under DDP lines, clearance is our responsibility. If additional inspection or documentation is required, our operations team coordinates and keeps you informed of the status and expected timeline.
